At Aartha, we strive to provide high-quality financial education, trading workshops, and subscription services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Services

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Online workshops and courses
  • Subscription plans (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Trading signals and educational materials

are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or accessed.

2. Subscription Services

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current paid period.
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental overcharge.
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content, which cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions reported in compliance with Stripe’s dispute policies.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
